This License Agreement is a legal contract between Nbikhart and the purchaser regarding the use of our digital products.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from our website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, If you do not agree, do not download or use the product.
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product for the permitted purposes described below.
You are not buying ownership of the digital file only a license to use it.
2. Permitted Uses
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, you may:
- Use the digital product for personal projects
- Print the design for your personal use
- Use the product on your personal devices
- Use for educational or non-commercial presentations
If a product includes a commercial-use license, it will be clearly indicated.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
❌ Resell, redistribute, or share the digital file
❌ Upload the file to any marketplace or stock website
❌ Claim the artwork or design as your own
❌ Modify the file and resell it as a new product
❌ Transfer the license to another person
❌ Use the product in a way that violates copyright laws
For any use not listed here, you must request written permission.
4. Commercial Use (If Applicable)
If the product includes a “Commercial License,” you may use it for:
- Business branding
- Marketing materials
- Products for sale (limited quantities unless stated otherwise)
However, you still cannot resell or give away the original digital file.

5. Ownership
All digital products remain the intellectual property of Nbikhart.
This license does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or ownership rights.
6. License Termination
This license will be terminated automatically if:
- You violate any terms of this Agreement
- You misuse or illegally distribute the digital content
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the product.
No refund will be issued for terminated licenses.
7. No Warranties
Digital products are provided “as is” without any warranties, including:
- No guarantee that files will work with all software
- No guarantee that printing will match colors exactly
- No responsibility for compatibility issues
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Damages caused by downloading or using the product
- Loss of data
- Business or financial losses
- Improper or incompatible software usage
9. Updates
We may update digital products or license terms at any time.
You will have access to the latest version if updates are provided.
