1. Digital Products – All Sales Are Final
Because all products are digital downloads, delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds in most cases.
Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is considered final.
2. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Granted
We may offer a refund ONLY in the following situations:
2.1 Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate order.
2.2 Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading the product and we cannot resolve the issue after assisting you, you may be eligible for a refund.
2.3 Wrong Product Delivered
If you received a different file than what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You do not have the required software to use the files
- You downloaded the product successfully
- You misunderstood the product description
- You claim non-receipt of the product when our system shows the download was emailed and accessed
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (only for valid cases), contact us within 7 days of your purchase at: info@nbikhart.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email used for the purchase
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
We respond within 24–72 hours.
5. Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed via the original payment method
- It may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
